In July of 2023 the SMR Board elected to engage Hoover HOA Consulting as the new property management team for our community.

How to find us
From the Pigeon Forge Parkway
Start on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and turn onto Wears Valley Road.
Head out Wears Valley Road
Drive roughly 4.6 to 4.9 miles out Wears Valley Road.
Watch for the entrance on the left
The resort entrance is on the left, just past the Cove Creek waterfall.
