How it works

A directory built for the whole community, not for whoever asks first

Smoky Mountain Ridge is a mountain community with cabins owned by individual families. Some of those owners rent their cabins to guests. This page exists so visitors can see what the ridge has to offer in one place — and so no owner has to out-market their neighbors to be found.

  • Owners opt in

    Any owner at Smoky Mountain Ridge can request a listing. Photos, occupancy, and a booking link are all it takes.

  • Every listing is identical in format

    One standardized card per cabin — same photo treatment, same details, same button. No premium tiers, no upgrades.

  • Guests book with the owner

    Buttons hand the guest off to the owner’s Airbnb, VRBO, or personal site. Nothing is booked or paid on this website.

The bridge at Smoky Mountain Ridge

The Owners Association is not a rental agent. The HOA is not responsible for rental transactions, bookings, or guest communications. Every reservation, payment, cancellation, and message is handled between the guest and the individual cabin owner.
